Yoga
Personal 1 on 1 sessions, or groups of up to 3 by appointment.
Your choice of Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga

Starting in September 2020, we are very pleased to announce the two following group sessions, just in time for a beautiful warm spring welcome! Bookings essential.
Yoga on the Beach - Sunday mornings 830am and 10am
Mind Body - Flowing Yoga and Pates mix, choreographed to music

Meditation
Individual sessions by appointment.
We also offer Group sessions every week.
Bookings are essential as participant numbers are limited to six people only. 

Guided Meditation to Music - 45 minutes every Sunday 5:00 - 6:00pm.
$35 per person includes tea, review and discussion.

Silent Meditation - 30 minutes every Sunday 6:30 - 7:00pm.
$25 per person includes tea, review and discussion.
Womens Circle
Second Saturday of every month 5:00 - 7:30pm. Includes refreshments.
​$25 per person. Bookings are essential as numbers limited to 8 people.
